The Maltese Olympic Committee is inviting Malta-based coaches who are currently working with MOC Carded Athletes to review the information relating to the International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP) 2025–2026. The International Coaching Enrichment Certificate Program (ICECP) is a world-class coaching education initiative developed by the University of Delaware in partnership with the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and Olympic Solidarity. Now in its 16th edition, ICECP provides national-level coaches from around the globe with intensive training in coaching leadership, sport sciences, athlete development, and ethical coaching practices. Delivered across six modules—including virtual coursework, in-person training, apprenticeships with elite U.S. coaches, and a final professional development seminar in Lausanne—ICECP equips participants to implement impactful projects that strengthen coaching structures and foster the Olympic spirit in their home countries.
