The Maltese Olympic Committee (MOC) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced design service providers. The purpose of this EOI is to identify potential partners who can deliver high-quality design services required for a specific project that the MOC will be engaging in.   Scope of Services The design services required may include, but are not limited to: – Graphic Design: Creation of visual content for various media, including branding, marketing materials, and digital assets. – Video Production: Creation of series of short videos for social media channels and TV. – Web Design: Development of user-friendly and visually appealing website, including layout design, user experience (UX) design, and responsive design. – Product Design: Designing and prototyping of physical products, ensuring functionality, usability, and manufacturability.   Submission Requirements Interested parties are required to submit the following information:

  1. Company Profile: A brief overview of the company, including its history, expertise, and relevant experience.
  2. Portfolio: Examples of previous design projects that demonstrate the firm’s capability and creativity.
  3. Key Personnel: Details of the team members who would be involved in the project, including their qualifications and experience.
  4. Approach and Methodology: A description of the approach the firm would take to deliver the design services, including timelines and milestones.

  Evaluation Criteria Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria: – Relevant experience and expertise in design services – Quality and creativity demonstrated in the portfolio – Qualifications and experience of key personnel – Understanding of the project scope and proposed approach   Submission Deadline The deadline for submitting the Expression of Interest is Friday 13th September, 2024 Submissions received after this date may not be considered.   Submission Process Please submit your EOI electronically in PDF format to Maria Vella-Galea, Director of Media & PR.  Include “Expression of Interest for Design Services” in the subject line.
