Rachel Fitz, Annalise Vassallo, Sarah Busuttil and Charlotte Wingfield added a silver medal to the medal tally when they completed the distance in 46.31 seconds to finish behind gold medallists Luxembourg (45.31) and ahead of Cyprus (46.68).
